Letting customers write them, and deciding what appears.
Turn reviews on in Shop, then Settings, and a form appears on every product page. Nothing is published until you have read it — that is the default and we would leave it that way. It is your website carrying whatever a stranger typed.
Shop, then Reviews, shows what is waiting. Publish it, hide it, and reply to it if you want to; your reply appears underneath. If the reviewer's email matches an order that actually contained the product, the review is marked as a verified purchase, and that is checked rather than claimed.
