Yes. Invite them from Account and they get their own sign-in. Never share a password — if they leave, you want to remove one person rather than change one secret.

You will have been told in writing well in advance, with the old figure, the new one and the date it takes effect, and you have the right to cancel rather than accept it. If a change ever appears that you were not told about, tell us — that is a fault, not a policy.

We chase it for a while, and the site keeps working. After the grace period it comes down and shows a holding page until the account is settled. Nothing is deleted; it comes straight back.

You can export everything you have — pages, text, photographs, theme, and your shop's catalogue and orders — as a zip, whenever you like, from your site's page. The domain is yours. We would rather you stayed, but you are not locked in.
