Messages from your website

Where contact forms go, and how to make sure you see them.

Anything submitted through a form on your site — contact, booking, newsletter — lands in Messages on your site's page, and is emailed to you at the same moment with the sender's address as the reply-to. You can just hit reply.

Change where those emails go in Account, or per site in its settings. If you stop getting them, check spam first and then tell us: a mail server quietly refusing our messages is a thing we can see and fix.
