A backdrop, spacing, width and colours for one page alone.
At the bottom of every page's editor is “This page's look”. It is the level between your theme (the whole site) and a section (one band): what this one page has behind it, how tightly it is set, how wide its column is, and whether it is inverted end to end — a dark page on a light site, or the reverse.
